Our Story
SO FAR….
Every brotherhood has a beginning. Ours started with a simple belief: no dad should have to face life's challenges alone.
We didn't set out to create a huge organisation. We wanted to create somewhere dads could be themselves, talk openly, have a laugh, share their struggles and find genuine friendship without fear of judgement.
What started as an idea between a Bunch of dads has grown into a community connecting fathers from different backgrounds, different parts of the country and even different corners of the world.
And we're only just getting started…
On 25 May, Bods headed up Y Garn in North Wales.
It represented something we wanted BODS to become: a community that existed beyond a screen.
Walking, exploring, exercising and spending time outdoors offered another way for dads to connect, improve their wellbeing and build friendships.
We began developing ideas for more outdoor adventures, family activities and opportunities to bring dads together in person.
