BODS (Brotherhood of Dads) is a dad-led community dedicated to bringing fathers together, reducing isolation and supporting men's mental health.
We provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where dads from all walks of life can connect, share experiences, build friendships and support one another through the ups and downs of fatherhood.
From regular online check-ins and honest conversations to walks, outdoor adventures, social events and family activities, there's something for every dad.
Whether you're struggling, feeling isolated, looking to make new friends or simply fancy a chat with other dads who understand, BODS is here for you.
We're more than just a support group. We're a brotherhood.

Yes! BODS is completely FREE to join!
We believe every dad deserves access to friendship, support and a community where they belong, regardless of their financial situation.
Our Discord community, regular online check-ins, social activities and many of our events are completely free.
Thanks to funding, donations and the support of our partners, we're also able to organise activities and experiences that might otherwise be out of reach for some dads.
Occasionally, certain events may have a small cost or require a refundable deposit to secure your place, but we'll always make this clear beforehand.
Money should never be a barrier to finding friendship or support.
Whether you're here for a chat, a laugh, an adventure or a helping hand, there's a place for you in BODS.

We're not just a support group. We're a brotherhood built by dads, for dads.
At BODS, we believe supporting dads is about more than just talking when times get tough. It's about building genuine friendships, having a laugh, trying new things and creating a community where every dad feels he belongs.
One of the things that makes us different is that our Discord community is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you're having a difficult evening, feeling isolated or just fancy a chat, our community is always open for you to drop in and connect with other dads.
From regular online check-ins and gaming nights to walks, outdoor adventures, coffee mornings and social events, we offer plenty of ways to get involved, both online and in person.
There's no pressure to open up, no judgement and no expectations. You don't have to be struggling to join us. Sometimes all you need is a bit of banter, a shared interest or some good company.
We're building a nationwide community that brings dads together, breaks down isolation and creates lasting friendships, regardless of where you live.
Most importantly, we're dads ourselves. We understand the challenges of fatherhood because we're living them too.
Real dads. Real friendships. Real support. A community that's open 24/7.

At BODS, support comes in many forms. Whether you need someone to talk to, advice from other dads or simply a place to escape the stresses of everyday life, we've got you covered.
Our Discord community is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a variety of channels covering different subjects, interests and experiences.
Here's just some of what you'll find inside:
🧠 Mental Health & Wellbeing: A safe, non-judgemental space to talk about anxiety, stress, depression and whatever else life throws your way.
👨👧 Fatherhood & Parenting: Share experiences, ask questions and discuss everything from sleepless nights and parenting challenges to celebrating those proud dad moments.
❤️ Relationships & Family Life: Connect with dads navigating relationships, separation, co-parenting and the everyday challenges of family life.
💪 Health & Fitness: Share fitness goals, find motivation and get involved in discussions about physical health, exercise and looking after yourself.
🎮 Gaming & Hobbies: Sometimes the best support is simply having fun! Join our gaming sessions, Dungeons & Dragons, film and music discussions, quizzes and general banter.
☕ General Chat & Check-ins: Pull up a virtual chair, have a laugh, get something off your chest or just enjoy the company of other dads.
We also organise regular online check-ins, social meet-ups, walks, outdoor adventures and other activities to help dads build genuine friendships beyond the screen.
You don't need to be experiencing a crisis to benefit from BODS. Sometimes support means having someone listen, sometimes it's receiving advice from someone who's been there, and sometimes it's just having a good laugh after a difficult day.
We're a community of dads supporting dads, not a replacement for professional mental health services. But whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it in isolation.
Come for the support. Stay for the brotherhood.

That's absolutely fine! At BODS, there's no pressure to talk, share your story or open up before you're ready.
We understand that taking that first step can be difficult, especially if you're going through a tough time or aren't used to talking about how you feel.
You're more than welcome to join our Discord, listen in on our check-ins, come along to an event or simply enjoy a bit of banter with other dads.
Sometimes just being around people who understand can make all the difference. You don't have to explain yourself or have something to say to be part of our community.
Whether you want to talk, listen, have a laugh or just know someone is there, you're always welcome.
Take things at your own pace. We'll be here whenever you're ready.
